We are looking for a person who:
Relevant experience: at least 1 year in IT recruiting on a local Georgian market;
Experience in selecting highly qualified IT specialists (developers, testers, etc.);
Own various candidate search tools: not only job sites, but also Linkedin, Telegram, recommendations and hunting;
Know perfectly well the methods of selecting applicants and interviewing on competencies;
Know how to work independently and are ready to take full responsibility for the quality and result of your work;
Know how to argue your decisions, clearly and clearly formulate thoughts, clarify requirements;
Ready to work in different schedules in the interests of candidates and hiring managers;
Knowledge of Georgian - Fluent or Native, and English or Russian - Upper-intermediate languages;
Interaction with a distributed recruiting team (up to 5 people);
The full cycle of candidate selection: processing responses, active resume search, work with recommendations, organization and conduct of initial interviews;
Interaction with candidates throughout the selection period, providing feedback;
Interaction with hiring managers: analysis of job requirements, providing feedback on the results;
Participation in external and internal HR projects aimed at improving recruitment and adaptation processes.
