We are currently looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Georgia, Tbilisi and who will report to the Regional HR Manager. You must be a self-starter attitude person with a high willingness to work independently and be in possession of high learning ability. You will need to be an excellent communicator at all levels of the organization with strong interpersonal skills, and critical reflection capability. Key responsibilities: HR Administration & Operations: Structuring and organizing HR-related documents (collection of pre-onboarding documents, preparation of employment contracts) according to labor law requirements Creation and implementation of human resources strategies, in line with the business strategy Implementation of occupational health and safety regulations Participation in optimization of HR everyday processes Organization of training events and team events Management of various HR queries and follow-up activities ad-hoc if needed Management of relocation projects by collecting necessary documents and ensuring a timely appropriate action Payroll: Integration of payroll data into the HRIS (salary increases, promotions, personal data changes, time-off, sick leave) Ensuring that the internal employee database is up-to-date and integrate information Collaboration with payroll providers, tax consultancies, and social partners Giving access to employee platforms and technical support Being the point of contact for all employees and the administrative support Hiring & Recruitment Supporting the sourcing/hiring strategy for the open positions Being the first contact point for candidates for providing them feedback on their application status and questions about the hiring process Providing support in on-boardings, facilitate well-being and ensure that the workplace is prepared for the first day Supporting the team in global HR projects align with global business strategy and talent acquisition topics The successful candidate will demonstrate: 3-year experience in a similar role Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education Good knowledge of Georgian labor, social security and payroll tax law Fluent in English + Georgian is mandatory Good knowledge of MS office tools and communication channels Ability to work in dynamic fast-paced and matrix-organized company structures Self-starter with a proactive attitude and analytical approach in problem-solving Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organization skills and a good sense of time management Team-orientated and open-minded for intercultural work experience High motivation for learning and self-development What the candidate can expect from us: Competitive salary that will target your professional experience and skills Additional company group health insurance Flexible working schedule Modern office space with healthy food in our office kitchen Free English courses Opportunity to work with international team members Challenging, and interesting tasks Real opportunity for career growth - no micromanagement
