Awove is looking for a personal assistant to join our team remotely (work from home) long term. We are a creative agency with teams in Cyprus, Armenia and Russia. Duties: - answer email, Skype, chat requests - collaborate with design, development and project teams to ensure tasks are completed and organised - invoicing and preparing expenses sheets - post to social media - work with external service providers to ensure services are provided on time and within budget Skills: - quick and precise - able to work on multiple projects at the same time whilst staying on top of everything (multi-tasking) - accurate with numbers and spreadsheets - polite and friendly but firm when you need to be - quick learner - formal qualifications are not required. We are looking for the right mix of skills. Experience with social media, Mailchimp an advantage. This is a full-time remote working position. You can work from home but will need to be online. Excellent written and verbal English is a must. If you speak Russian also, that would be great. Working hours are 9am-6pm GMT+2, Monday to Friday. May be required to be available occasionally if there is an emergency. We are looking for someone long term who will form part of our core team. Paid leave also included.
